The Jio Phone 5G is an upcoming 5G smartphone from Jio. Their last smartphone was the Jio Phone Next which was launched in 2021 in collaboration with Qualcomm snapdragon. It was a 4G phone. Jio is likely to launch the next generation of the Jio Phone Next and it will be with Jio True 5G and VONR technology. According to MoneyControl Just like the previous collaboration Qualcomm is again planning this phone with Jio and it will have a custom Qualcomm chip for optimized performance. What makes this phone special is it runs on kaiOS and it has an app store that supports apps like Youtube, whatsapp, facebook, Jio pay with UPI Google assistant and a browser (OPERA mini).  It also includes a front camera for video calling and supports 23 languages.

Its an ideal phone for senior citizens who may find smartphones hard to use. But just like the Jio Bharat B2 you cant use Youtube whatsapp and facebook on this phone.

This is keypad phone made by both Karbonn and jio. The hardware is from Karbonn and software by Jio . It is the most affordable phone among all Jio Phones, Priced at only 699. It supports Jio apps like Jio cinema, Jio pay and Jio Saavn. This phone is powered by an ASR chipset and the OS is called Thread X RTOS. It has the same small screen as the Jio Bharat V3 and V4.
